                                                                          I  graduated with a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese medicine from Oshio College

                                                                          in Victoria, BC in 2007.  I have combined experience of Acupuncture, deep tissue

                                                                          massage, Jin Shin Do, reflexology, reiki, aricular therapy, moxabustion, cupping and

                                                                          Guasha.  I personalize each treatment focusing on a holistic approach to healing the

                                                                          body and mind, striving to maintain a gentle touch during treatments so as to achieve 

                                                                          a high level of relaxation and comfort for my patients.       


Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin sterile needles into certain points on the body or ear in order to influence the body's Qi.  Acupuncture channels often follow pathways of nerves and blood vessels, along these pathways there are distinct points where Qi can be influenced.


Moxabustion is used to warm regions and Acupuncture points. stimulation circulation and creating a flow of blood and Qi.  Heat produced by moxabustion penetrates deeply into the body restoring balance and flow of blood and Qi.  Moxabustion improves pain conditions as well as general health and is used to treat chronic conditions.     


Cupping is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue.  It bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues.  It drains excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways stimulating healthy elimination of accumulated debris in the tissues, organs and systems.  It stimulates the skin by increasing circulation while separating fused tissue layers.


JinShinDo means simply "The way of the compassionate spirit" and is a non-judgmental modality that takes positive elements of many different forms of energy and bodywork, focusing on pressure points to relieve stress and blocked emotions at those points.  Techniques are combined with the Acupuncture session to offer further relief to the ailment.


Auricular therapy refers to points on the ear relation to the whole body system.  By placing tiny Auricular seeds on specific points, they activate and stimulate the area on the body needing attention. This treatments is also done in conjunction to the Acupuncture session to further enhance channel and meridians opening and the body balancing.  The distribution of the ear points and areas that resemble an upside down fetus in shape, and each part of the body has a corresponding ear point or area.
